Embossing Machine
The MG-1050D embossing machine with die cutting and the MG-1050DS embossing machine with die cutting and stripping are upgraded models based on a standard die cutting machine. These models feature enhanced pressure and a stronger machine structure, allowing them to handle larger embossing tasks, such as micro embossing, and intensive die cutting tasks, such as jigsaw puzzles, in addition to standard die cutting operations.

1. Feeder & Feeding Positioning Section
- Feeder section
The design of the stacker preparatory stage has been enhanced to accommodate prepared car sheet piling and can also use ordinary hydraulic car sheet piling for direct stacking. The feeder is equipped with four suction nozzles and four sending nozzles to ensure smooth feeding. Additionally, an imported screw air-blowing device is adopted to facilitate smooth sheet delivery.
- Feeding positioning section
The inclined paper moving table top is particularly suitable for high-speed thin paper handling and positioning. The side location features a dual-purpose device with pull and push guides, facilitating easy adjustment according to the type of paper. It includes a front rise position switch for arriving at the reduction of speed device, which is beneficial for precise positioning of thin paper.

2. Embossing/Die Cutting Section
- The die cutting platform features 12 heated temperature areas, each equipped with a pneumatic temperature controller for precise timing control. Each area can be independently controlled. The platform supports hot embossing, hot stamping, hot bumping, and hot indentation processes.
- The hot press honeycomb is crafted from high-strength, heat-resistant material to prevent deformation at high temperatures. It allows for interchangeable hot press honeycomb knives and die cutting knives, facilitating the switch between hot pressing and die cutting functions as needed.
- Thickening the wall can increase stress tolerance up to 1000 tons, resulting in clearer embossing and better overall effect.
- The entire wall is made of nodular cast iron, which offers superior strength and durability compared to regular steel.
- In order to withstand greater pressure, we have upgraded worm gears, clutches, etc. to become larger, wider, and more stable, making them more suitable for high-intensity work
- The 12 independent heating areas are controlled by a PID system,which researched by our department. This system could control the temperature stably, ensure the temperature uniform in whole heating system, quick response, it could adapt complex electrochemical aluminum transfer effect.

3. Stripping and delivery Section
- Stripping section (optional)
A triple-interlocked-piece stripping device, action harmony, precision effectively, can effectively remove all kinds of special waste
- Delivery Section
Delivery section add tester into security system. It is equipped with inset counter. Using subsection could adjust brush and sheet air-blowing device, so the finished product of delivery section could product stably. Gripper drive train expanded buffer device.
