1. Feeding section ( Feeder/ Down suction/ Leading Edge) and feeding table section

 

Feeding section:

Choose one paper feeding way blew:

a. Feeder

The machine features a four-suction and five-delivery high-precision paper feeder, catering to the requirements of thin paper as well as various types of cardboard and corrugated board.

b. Down Suction

The machine adopts a high-precision bottom suction and vacuum suction feeding method, which minimizes the risk of scratching the printing surface, making it suitable for cutting high-quality corrugated board boxes.

c. Leading Edge

The machine adopts a gearbox and air pump control system to prevent scratching of the printing surface, ensuring high speed and suitability for large orders of carton box jobs.

 

Optional lifter

Feeding table section

• A lifter facilitates easier paper feeding, reducing operational fatigue and saving time.
• The machine employs paper feeding rubber wheels combined with rubber rollers to deliver corrugated paper accurately and without warping.

 

2. Die cutting section
