Automatic die cutting machine

The MG-800E fully automatic die cutting machine is specifically designed for small-sized packaging, making it ideal for products with stringent precision requirements such as cigarette boxes, medicine boxes, and hanging tags.

The processing quality of the accessories is higher, with more accurate and even precision and pressure compared to larger die cutting machines. It also operates at higher speeds, up to 8500 sheets per hour (S/H), making it an indispensable asset for packaging needs.

 

 

 

 

 

Feeding mechanism

• The independent pre-loading unit allows workers to freely maintain the working pile while stacking on the pre-load pallet.
• Japan Nitta Conveying belts
• Side lay and front lay detect paper position
• All side guides and front guides are equipped with detection sensors.

 

Die Cutting Unit

• Manual pressure adjustment mechanism.
• Super-hard anode alumina alloy gripper bars with precise positioning structures (5 groups).
• Imported high-strength double-pitch gripper bar chain.
• Imported 230° precision index
• Italian air clutch and brake mechanism
• Original German Becker 80F vacuum pump
• 5+2mm steel plates
• Grippers position micro-adjust mechanism

Delivery Unit

• Automatic trimmer with adjustable hair brush pressure.
• Involuted photoelectric sensor to prevent the delivery pallet from rising too high and causing paper to roll up.
• Batch inserter is optional

Chain Driving

• Main drive chains are imported from Japan TSUBAKI.
• Import oil-retaining nylon chain guider

 

Electrical Part

• The main motor is a retard motor with frequency control, ensuring stability and reliability (SIEMENS Bedell).
• The main feeding and delivery motors adopt dual-speed motors, significantly improving efficiency.
• PLC and electronic coder control the timing of the entire machine.
