MG-1050ES/1050PS Automatic Die Cutting Machine (ES: automatic die cutter with stripping; PS: automatic heavy-duty die cutter with stripping) is an advanced type of die-cutting machine that includes a waste stripping function. This machine efficiently removes waste (cleaning all four sides) or semi-clean waste, effectively clearing waste holes after die-cutting, thus significantly reducing labor and time costs. The waste removal system features a three-linkage coordinated waste disposal device, which effectively eliminates various types of abnormal waste. The stripping frame utilizes a pneumatic up-and-down lifting function.

 

 

Machine Advantages

 

  • High pressure: MG-1050ES can exert up to 300 tons of pressure; MG-1050PS can exert 580 tons.
  • High output: Maximum speed is 7500 sheets/hr, with a normal operating speed of over 6000 s/h, suitable for large-scale industrial production.

2. HIGH SPEED FEEDER
1. Adopted Taiwan Feeder head with 4 suction and 4 feeding points, ensuring stable and smooth paper feeding. The height and angle of the suction nozzle can be adjusted accordingly. The feeder head can also be slightly adjusted front and back.
2. Equipped with a Japanese Mitsui paper feeding clutch for faster and more convenient operation.
3.Features electric fine adjustment of the paper feeding pile, allowing for left and right fine adjustments.
4. The front gear can be switched, and the front speed reducer is in place, facilitating precise positioning for high-speed tissue paper.


3. Feeding Positioning Section
1. The deceleration mechanism before the paper feeding position of the Feeder ensures accurate paper feeding positioning.
2. It is equipped with a foreign body bar protection device to prevent damage caused by foreign objects falling into it.
3. The inclined paper feeding table design is more suitable for high-speed paper conveying and positioning.
4. The paper feeding flap drive is cam-based, ensuring greater stability and durability.

  1. Electric pressure regulation with Japanese Omron pressure control system ensures higher accuracy.
  2. Rapid middle line positioning facilitates quicker plate changes and reduces setup time.
  3. Key components (crankshaft, worm, worm gear, elbow shaft) are made from imported high-grade alloy materials.
  4. The die-cut steel plate has a hardness of HRC45-47, providing accuracy and durability, and features a lock close to one side.

1. The three-action waste removal device operates harmoniously, accurately, and powerfully, effectively eliminating various types of foreign waste. The double-drawer waste removal upper and lower molds allow for quick loading and unloading, with adjustable waste removal tools.

3. The waste removal device adopts cam drive, which is stable and reliable. The waste removal mold adopts linear bearing sliding, and the upper and lower mold frames are completely consistent. When the waste removal function is not required, the paper removal action can be suspended due to separation
4. In the waste removal mechanism, the clutch of the waste removal action is pneumatically controlled, the mechanism is simple and reliable, and the positioning mechanism of the paper biting tooth row is installed. The machine can also remove the waste stably and accurately at high speed
